My favorite place in the world is the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Haleiwa is a beautiful beach town. I have been living here since 2002. It is where I spend my days and vacations.
Now that I am not commuting into town on a daily basis and get to spend my days here I have a greater appreciation for island countryside. Two things resonate, how intense the color of the water is and how spectacular our sunsets are. There is so much diversity to Hawaii, which makes our islands such a unique place to visit.
